Care & Maintenance
Away Day Hounds leads are built for daily use. A little care keeps them in good shape.
Washing
Hand wash with mild detergent, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag. Air dry fully before the next walk. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
Between washes
Wipe down after muddy or wet walks. Check the snap hook and D-ring now and then — if hardware is bent, cracked, or feels insecure, stop using the lead and contact us.
